The IFM TRADE Inc. provides full-scale engineering services, coordinates and carries out all activities from the initial idea throughout the pre-design and design stage containing architectonic study, urban and volume planning, arranging zoning and building permit documentation, obtaining zoning and building permits, proceeding to the construction stage including the tender process leading to the selection of a suitable constructor and supervisor.

Project services

The IFM TRADE Inc. creates individual projects in fields of residential, commercial, business and manufacturing real estates.

Engineering services

At the preparatory stage the IFM TRADE Inc. arranges demolition requirement permit as well as zoning and building permit and finally the official approval of construction work. In special cases exceptions from operating regulations may be arranged.

Consulting

The IFM TRADE Inc. offers consulting services for individuals, for investors when solving investment goals including the choice of a suitable lot or a building, or when choosing suitable building material and technologies within a construction.

Selection of a suitable constructor

In cooperation with the investor, IFM TRADE Inc. organizes tender proceedings for construction conductors.

Construction supervising

The IFM TRADE Inc. arranges all the construction related work including technical building supervision.
